If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item(s) within 21 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in pristine condition, placed in their original presentation box and include the despatch note with a reason for the return, and we will be happy to issue the full refund. You must inform us of any damaged items within 3 days of receiving the order.
If you have received the item as a gift, you can return it to us and we will issue you a gift voucher credited with the cost of the item.
Regrettably, for hygiene reasons pierced items, such as earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty.
Should you intend to return an item(s) please:
- Log into your account in order to create a merchandise return "RMA" slip
- Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
- Select the order from which you want to return an item.
- Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
- Add an explanation, in order for our team to better understand why you want to return this product (optional).
- Click on "Make an RMA slip", and then "Send"
Then pack the item(s) back in the parcel, include the paperwork and send back to us using the detachable address slip at the bottom of the despatch note:

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or sent in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to choose Special Delivery service and keep a proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours but please allow up to 14 days for the clearance to your card account. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind straight after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it by emailing us email@example.com You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number.
