Q: How do I search for an item on the website?
A: If you would like some inspiration you can search our website by choosing Women or Men tab from the menu and then All Jewellery link, you can narrow down the results using a specific category of jewellery you are looking for, price range or stone colour to browse until you find the right piece. If you know exactly what you are looking for, just type the product code or name into the Search box. Once you have chosen the item you like, you will see images of the chosen jewel with stone colour availability. You can automatically zoom on a product image by hovering over the image with your mouse or by clicking on the image to enlarge it. Below you will see the item’s detailed description.

Q: How do I make a purchase on the website?
A: Once you have decided to purchase your desired jewel, add the piece to your shopping bag by clicking the “Add to bag” button. You can either continue shopping or when you are ready to make payment, proceed to the checkout by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button.

1. If you are a new customer, you have a choice of creating an account using the “Create an account” option for the convenience of future shopping with us. You can also check out as a guest if you do not want to create an account, by living the box unchecked.
2. If you are a returning customer, log into your account using your email address and password.
3. If you have been referred to us by a friend, enter your friend's email address in "Referral Program" section.
3. Choose you delivery method (in most cases this option will be set as default). Enter comment about your order, should you have any.
4. If you would like to have the item(s) gift wrapped in a luxury wrapping paper and include a personalised message, check the gift wrapping box (additional fee applies) and enter your message.
5. Choose your preferred payment method.
6. Check your order, enter a voucher code if you have one and click "Update" to apply it.
7. Have a final check of your order, check Terms & Conditions box, and click on "Pay securely now".

Depending on the chosen payment method, you will be taken to secure payment page, for credit and debits cards, to enter your payment details.
For Paypal payments, you will be redirected to Paypal secure payment page.
If you have chosen to pay by a bank transfer/ wire you will be taken to a payment summary page and asked to confirm your order. Our bank details will be displayed on the next page. We will email you these details as well, so you do not need to write it down.
You will also have an option to share your purchase with your friends via social media. The more you share the more referral points you will earn!

8. Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the transaction. We will then keep you updated every step of the way until you have received your purchase.

Q: Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
A: If you are a Registered Customer and have an account with us you can specify a different delivery address, just log into your account and add a new address. If you are checking out as a guest the delivery address and the billing address will have to be the same as that of the card holder to help prevent fraud. Once you have created an account with us you will be able to choose different delivery addresses.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AmericanExpress. You have an option of paying for your purchase by using your PayPal account if you have one or you can make a direct bank payment into our account. All payment options are available at the checkout page.

Q: How do I know my details are secure when shopping online?
A: Our online payments are powered by our merchant gateway providers (Realex/Elavon and PayPal) for online payment processing and all of your data and financial information passed between our site and their systems are encrypted using SSL certificates. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to either Realex/ Elavon or PayPal’s servers can be accessed, used or modified by any third parties. The security of this site has been verified by Comodo SSL certificate and you are welcome to view our digital information by clicking on the Comodo Secure icon at the bottom of the website. This digital certificate ensures that all information that you provide us with is encrypted and transmitted via 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) the industry standard for the transmission of credit card details.
You can identify a secure site by looking at the address bar in your browser, when you go to the order page you will notice that the address starts with 'https://' and is gray or green highlighted and has a padlock next to it, while non-secure pages begin with 'http://' and do not have a padlock.

Q: Can I have my item gift wrapped?
A: Our jewellery comes in our branded luxurious multi-layered presentation box as a standard, but if you wish to personalise your purchase even more and have it gift wrapped in a luxurious wrapping paper, this option is also available at the checkout stage for an additional fee of £6.00

Q: Can I return an item purchased on your website?
A: We are confident that you will love our jewellery but if you do change your mind you can return your purchased item(s) to us within 21 days from the day the goods have been shipped to you for the full refund. All returned items must be unworn, placed in the original packaging and include the dispatch note. We will be grateful if you include a reason for your return.
Regrettably we cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged. Please see our Returns Policy for comprehensive returns procedures to safeguard yourself.

Q: Do I get any guarantee with my jewellery?
A: All Monartti products carry a 6 months guarantee form the date of purchase. This means that Monartti guarantees to replace or repair your jewellery should there be a defect due to original workmanship. This guarantee does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or accidental damage or mistreatment of your jewellery. This guarantee does not cover jewellery cleaning.
